Splat!
Splat! is a simple multi-function data analysis and plotting utility for the
DOS, Windows and Linux operating systems. The DOS and Linux versions use an old-style
command line interface to perform a vast number of tasks on X,Y data sets; such as
plotting, averaging, sorting... The Windows version adds a menu driven command shell.
Splat! is freeware (and you get what you pay for).
